It’s understandable why they wonder if it’s too much to see a therapist. With so much stress, schoolwork, and challenges in life, many students wonder if seeing a therapist is too much.

WHAT COUNSELING IS AND HOW IT CAN HELP YOU

Therapy is a form of counseling where you meet with a mental health expert to address any issues you might be struggling with. There are numerous therapeutic modalities as well as numerous approaches to these methods.
