Face Yoga Tips, Lip Wrinkle Removal Movement

One of the traces created by smoking, structurally or time on our face is the upper lip lines. It is a known fact how painful aesthetic operations applied for these lines are. You can produce a painless and natural solution with facial yoga. Curl your lips inward, press them together and smile. You will feel the tense of the muscles around the lips. Breathe in through the nose and stay in this position for 2 minutes. Repeat this movement 3 times, breathing out calmly and taking a deep breath again.

Neck and Chin Tightening Movement

Look up at the ceiling. When you feel your neck muscles stretched, move your lower jaw forward and back and forth. Repeat this movement for 3 minutes, then exhale and repeat 3 times. You will feel the most effective and visible results in facial yoga in this area.

Eyebrow Lift Movement

With this movement, it can be observed that the distance between the eyes and the eyebrows becomes clearer after a while. You can start to apply small massage movements upward by placing two fingers next to the eyebrows, namely the temples, on our face, which we moisturize well. You can do this movement for about 6 – 7 minutes. The trick in this exercise of facial yoga is not to wrinkle the forehead. During this repeated movement, the eyebrows frown and leave the forehead without wrinkling, helping the muscles to work.

Cheek Thinning Movement

If you have a chubby face structurally, even if you lose as much weight as you want, you will not feel it on your face. It may be easier to achieve the desired result with this technique that you will apply to your face. To work and tighten the facial muscles, fill your mouth with air and inflate your face for 5 seconds, then breathe out suddenly. Repeat this movement 5 times. In the second stage of the exercise, fill the air on one side of your cheek and sweep it through your mouth. Repeat this movement for 5 minutes.

Forehead Lines Removal Movement

Wrinkles in the forehead area are the most striking places. We use our eyebrows and forehead to create many mimics such as surprise, fear, anger, and joy on our faces. It is possible to make our deformed facial muscles healthy again with facial yoga. For this, we should put 3 fingers on the upper area of ​​our eyebrows and apply an upward thrust motion. In our moisturized skin, our fingers will slide upward and stimulate and strengthen the muscles. The trick is that while doing this movement, our eyebrows frown in a V shape. You can repeat for 6-7 minutes.
