Jenny Elhassan, who suffered acid in her left eye, was taken to the Royal North Shore Hospital. Elhassan’s injured left eye was covered with a bandage, as she was treated urgently by doctors here.

Making statements about the attack that happened to her, Jenny Elhassan said, “At first, I thought I was blind and had great fear. Then we went to the hospital right away. It was great luck that my glasses were on my eyes, or had it not been.”
